We supporting Access Accountancy which welcomes talented and ambitious young people to the accountancy profession from all backgrounds.
As a team, we have committed to:
- Providing a target number of 30 hour work placements, depending on their size and capacity, to students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Collecting and monitoring socioeconomic data of applicants and hires on an annual basis
- Taking part in externally validated reviews of Access Accountancy
We are often seen out in our local communicates, generating interest in accountancy and delivering our key messages of accessibility to local target schools and colleges.
Duncan & Toplis make an annual donation to support the continuation of the Access Accountancy initiative, and remain committed to increasing social mobility across our chartered practice.
