An opportunity has become available for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a six-month fixed term contract based in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
This role will involve providing professional support to the team, including typing letters, diary management, scanning and filing, and operating the main telephone line, as well as proactively taking on other administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar client facing role with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail as accuracy is essential. They will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook, and database software.
