Company Law Compliance Administrative Assistant
Two opportunities are now available for Company Law Compliance Administrative Assistants to join our team based at any of our East Midlands locations.
Within this role, you will provide assistance and administrative support to the Company Law Compliance supervisor, including maintenance of the client database. With appropriate training, you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to advise and work with fellow team members on many aspects of Company Law including the drafting of minutes and resolutions, company and group restructuring, and liaising with external organisations such as Companies House.
To be successful, you must have strong attention to detail, methodical and accurate approach, prepared to question data integrity and verify accuracy, and a competent user of IT software – particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience of database procedures and management and knowledge of Company Law and/or Company Secretarial procedures would be advantageous, but are not essential.
The successful candidate will receive approximately one month of initial training carried out at our Grantham location.
Hours of work: 30 – 37.5 hours per week.
