We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Corporate Finance Director. This newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and develop our corporate finance service.

Joining us as a Corporate Finance Director, you will have a Diploma in Corporate Finance qualification or be qualified by experience with a minimum of five years of corporate finance deal-making. You will currently be operating in a director or leadership role, or ready to take that next step in your career. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Good communicator and confident presenter

  • Business development
  • Demonstrable corporate finance knowledge
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As part of the leadership team, you will be confident in proactively representing the company and our corporate finance service as well as preparing business plans, setting budgets, and managing change implementation. As Corporate Finance Director, you will have overall responsibility for the service line and its team members. This will include maintaining client relationships, resources, and workflow planning, sharing knowledge to drive external content and service promotion, and cultivating a prospective network of new business opportunities. This will also include the development of associates and managers within your service line team, conducting performance reviews, and setting clear objectives in addition to day-to-day support and management.

As this is a new role, you have the opportunity to develop our corporate finance service for the market and build the internal structure and team required to deliver this service. In doing so, you will ensure that everyone in your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish.
