We have an opportunity for a full time HR Administrator to join our team based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Working alongside the HR Administration Lead, this role is responsible for providing support to the HR team that is seamless and responsive to changing circumstances and requirements. This enables the team to provide an effective service to team members and clients covering recruitment, training, and everyday HR tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a keen willingness to help and support the team. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well under pressured deadlines.
