Datcom are an MSP providing fully managed IT support, cloud, consultation and managed security services to small and medium businesses in the East Midlands.
Summary of Role:
To provide high quality service, support and care to Datcom clients.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line technical support to clients
- Ensure Datcom client portal submissions are acknowledged and all relevant information is acquired
- Ensure that the system support account is checked and processed every 15 minutes
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered within 3 rings
To be either enrolled on the Datcom Apprenticeship Programme or possess proven basic IT knowledge.
