Learning and Development Lead Specialist

A new opportunity has become available for a Learning and Development Lead within our Human Resources Team based in Grantham.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that our learning and development programme enables team members to build the skills, knowledge and experience that will help them to develop professionally and personally whilst supporting our business strategy and objectives.

This role will lead the administration of all internal learning and development and support our trainees on their journey from recruitment to qualification.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a HR team, be trained to Level 3 CIPD in HR, and be confident with previous experience of presenting to groups. It is also essential to have knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

This vacancy is advertised as a full time position, however we would also consider part time applicants.
