Payroll Processor

We have an opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Processor who is responsible for providing a quality processing service to clients.

Joining us as a Payroll Processor, you will have experience delivering payrolls and working knowledge of cyber and data protection rules and regulations. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Communication
  • Collaboration
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with quick turnaround times
  • Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As a Payroll Processor, you will support the provision of a quality payroll service, building a working relationship with clients and identifying opportunities for more complex consideration. You will develop the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training, whilst supporting the service line to achieve targets, ensuring operational objectives are met, and underpinning Our 2025 Vision.

You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.

This role is available at either our Lincoln or Spalding office locations. Hybrid working options are also available.
