An opportunity has become available for a full time Administrator on a six-month fixed term contract based at any of our East Midlands locations.
This role will involve providing professional front of house reception management, including welcoming visitors to the office and operating the main telephone line, as well as assisting with letters, invoicing, diary management, and other administrative duties as required within the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar, client facing role with excellent customer service skills, and a good level of knowledge of Microsoft software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
