Joining us as a Tax Administrator, it would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Organisation
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative working
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes

What does this role involve?

Providing administrative support to our tax team, you will prepare and send standard letters and documents, both in the post and via our online client account, and file tax forms electronically, submitting them to HM Revenue & Customs. You will assist client onboarding in line with our engagement, maintenance and disengagement procedures. This will include liaising with clients to arrange appointments, obtain missing information and follow up on paperwork and unreturned documents. Following instruction from the team, you will contact HM Revenue & Customs and make appropriate file notes when required. You will also be responsible for producing monthly workflow statistic reports from digital programmes to monitor work progress.
